If an app or game is crashing, freezing, or acting unexpectedly, please try the following steps before reaching out:

We take your privacy seriously. If our services required you to create an account, or if you simply wish to revoke data tracking consent (such as analytics for game performance):

  • Please email us at support@penchills.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  • We will facilitate your request in accordance with applicable global data protection laws (including PIPEDA, GDPR, and CCPA).
4. Reporting Bugs or Feedback

Important Health and Safety Warning

Photosensitivity/Epilepsy Seizures: A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a screen, or while playing video games, may trigger a seizure in these individuals. If you, or anyone in your family, has an epileptic condition or has had seizures of any kind, consult your physician before playing our games.
